Transformation Programme Manager - Financial Services & Insurance

Lead large-scale transformation programmes for Financial Services clients end-to-end, aligning with client goals and industry best practices. Drive programme governance, risk, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement; orchestrate cross-functional teams and multiple entities; apply deep SAFe and agile delivery practices (PI Planning, big-room planning, sprint planning) to define and prioritise requirements, maintain product backlog, epics, features and user stories; oversee change management to promote adoption of new processes and technologies; contribute to sales proposals and business development; travel as needed to client engagements. Strong communication, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and ability to work with CxO stakeholders are required. We seek a candidate with extensive FS industry experience, familiarity with regulatory developments, and a track record of delivering complex programmes in a consulting environment. Strong ability to shape propositions, drive delivery, and foster innovation using design thinking and emerging technologies (data, AI, digital). Qualifications include STEM or related degree with MBA preferred, plus certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum).
