Job Summary
Lead end-to-end enterprise transformation initiatives including M&A integration, process redesign, standardization, automation, data, reporting, and operating model improvements, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans with milestones and success metrics. Coordinate cross-functional execution across IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams; facilitate governance forums and executive updates; manage risks and interdependencies; drive adoption and change across business units; apply continuous improvement principles (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to realize measurable benefits in cost, service, productivity, and scalability; oversee budget, external vendors, and system integrators to ensure accountability and audit readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project, program, or transformation management within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives.
