Job Summary
Transformation PMO Manager at Sky responsible for governance, reporting, and delivery controls across cross-functional transformation programmes; drives structure, control, and pace of business change; strengthens governance, elevates reporting quality, and embeds AI-enabled ways of working to support delivery at scale; facilitates stakeholder meetings, prepares artefacts (plans, risks, issues, actions), and supports change adoption with potential delivery of small, low-complexity workstreams; requires MS365 and AI tooling proficiency and experience engaging executives and MDs; hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office at the Sky Group HQ (Osterley, United Kingdom)
Required Qualifications
- Must have been an effective PMO on several (ie 3 or more) complex cross functional business programmes
- Set up and managed governance and delivery controls leading to successful programme delivery
- Managed regular reporting, gathering input and offering constructive challenge to drive quality and accuracy from business and technical stakeholders up to Director level
- Independently created and maintained core programme artefacts (plans, risks, issues, actions, budgets and dependencies) to a quality that can be shared at director level
- Demonstrated ability to progress resolution of risks and issues independently and be able to identify when they should be escalated to the programme director
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confident stakeholder engagement at all levels including MDs
- Must be able to use MS365 and AI tools to produce clear written communications (in particular MS Powerpoint)
- Comfortable operating at pace across multiple priorities to tight deadlines, often on highly visible projects and with exposure to executives
