Job Summary
Transformation Partner – Simplification & Efficiency Lead at AIA. Dual-hatted role combining Transformation Partner for responsible functions with end-to-end strategy planning and execution, and Domain SME leading simplification and efficiency initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy. The role translates strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes, leveraging expertise in process reengineering, productivity improvement, and target operating model design to shape and drive transformation initiatives for sustainable impact. Responsibilities include acting as a trusted partner to assigned business functions, driving end-to-end strategy execution, developing business cases and annual strategic plans, aligning outcomes and KPIs, and fostering cross-team coordination for integrated delivery. The Domain SME focus covers leading process reengineering to streamline workflows, identify productivity improvements and cost-efficiency opportunities, and ensuring alignment with Group Office FoW initiatives. Requires a Bachelor in Business (postgraduate degree a plus), 8+ years in Insurance/Financial services, transformation experience, project management leadership, and strong English and Chinese communication skills, with licensing requirements for regulated activities as applicable. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in Business
- At least 8 years of working experience in Insurance and Financial industry
- Solid transformation experience
- Proficient practitioner in project management and has led major cross function teams in projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills, team player and ability to influence
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with senior executives effectively
- Proficient in English and Chinese written and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in Business
- Postgraduate degree is a plus
- At least 8 years of working experience in Insurance and Financial industry
- Solid transformation experience
- Experience in consulting advisory is preferable
- Has worked in various business functions within an Insurance / Financial institution
- Proficient practitioner in project management and has led major cross-function teams in projects
- Strong understanding of TOM, organisation design, and workforce optimisation
- Excellent leadership skills, team player and ability to influence
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with senior executives effectively
