Job Summary
Oracle Solution Architect (HCM) focused role delivering advisory and implementation services for Oracle Practice. Responsible for full life cycle implementations including planning, design, build, documentation of requirements and transformational goals, configuration of applications, iterative testing, creation of training materials, end-user training, post-production support, and ongoing client engagement. Requires experience with Oracle Applications and Oracle Cloud, strong communication and leadership, cross‐industry consulting background, and willingness to travel up to 40%. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred) with 4+ years of related experience and professional certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field; Master's degree a plus
- Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
- Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Infor
- Industry recognized professional certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
- Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications
- Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Applications
- Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications
- Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
- Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents
- Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
- Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%
