Job Summary
Oracle EPM Transformation Architect role within the Transformation Practice focused on advisory and implementation services for Oracle solutions across client organizations. Responsibilities include leading full life cycle implementations (planning, design, build), documenting business requirements and system design, configuring applications and conducting unit testing, creating training materials and user guides, delivering end-user training, providing post-production support, and meeting targeted billing hours. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related consulting experience, multiple Oracle implementations, relevant certifications, strong communication, ability to lead meetings and produce technically oriented documents, and travel up to 40%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
- Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Oracle
- Industry recognized professional certification required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
- Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications
- Experience installing/configuring/implementing Infor Applications
- Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications
- Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
- Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents
- Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
- Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%
