Job Summary
Transformation Office Lead responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide transformation governance and PMO discipline, tracking KPIs, and delivering data-driven executive reporting to ExCo. Drives end-to-end governance, milestone planning, cross-functional alignment, and proactive risk management across strategic pillars; develops KPI dashboards, coordinates MBR/QBR content, and oversees resource allocation and portfolio delivery. Requires strong PMO governance experience, leadership capabilities, and fluency in English and Chinese, with a background in Insurance/Financial services and a track record of transforming complex programs through collaboration and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor degree in Business, post graduate degree is a plus
- At least 8 years of working experience in Insurance and Financial industry
- Solid PMO & project governance experience is preferable
- Experience in consulting advisory is preferable
- Proficient practitioner in project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership skills, team player and ability to influence
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with senior executives effectively
- Proficiency in English and Chinese written and presentation skills
- Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
