Job Summary
Transformation Management (Senior) Consultant at Sia Netherlands leads end-to-end change programmes, guiding clients through digital transformations, operating model redesigns, M&A, and regulatory-driven change. Responsible for delivering complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through benefits realisation, developing change strategies and governance, facilitating stakeholder engagement, coaching client-side change networks, managing workstreams, timelines and budgets, and contributing to business development, recruitment, and internal methodologies. Requires 5-10 years of experience including 3 years in management consulting or transformation roles, experience in financial services, a Master’s degree (MBA/ Econometrics/Organisational Psychology/Industrial Engineering or related field), change management certification preferred, strong knowledge of change frameworks (Kotter, ADKAR, McKinsey 7-S, Lewin), proficiency with project/program management methods (PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe/Agile), and comfort with ERP/CRM/digital transformation projects. English fluency required; Dutch is an advantage. Eligible to work in the Netherlands; non-Dutch speakers not accepted. Office options include Amsterdam or Maastricht with remote/hybrid possibilities; employment is permanent and salary contingent on performance and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 5- 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management-consulting or in-house transformation role
- Experience working in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR, APMG Change Management) is a strong asset
- Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU citizens or valid work authorisation)
