Job Summary
Senior Analyst/Analyst, Business Transformation & Operations embedded within a specific business area to define target operating models, design and build business processes, and develop frameworks and tools to enable scalable, frictionless operations. Responsibilities include embedding within the business area, defining and implementing core operating structures, designing decision-making models, engineering efficient processes, scaling capabilities for growth, and integrating meaningful tools into day-to-day operations in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Ideal candidates will have experience in business administration or related degree, process improvement and organizational-design initiatives, and possibly consulting experience, with a demonstrated commitment to Aritzia's values and leadership principles.
Required Qualifications
- Business administration or related degree
- Experience leading business operations, process improvement, and/or organizational design initiatives
- Experience in consulting is considered an asset
