Job Summary
Own the maturity ladder for KulfiOS use cases, driving projects from L0 to L4 while running weekly cadences for cross-block workplan reviews and build prioritization. Coordinate a small central team with personal coverage across 2 to 3 creative blocks, translating domain knowledge from AI Champions into clean specs for Engineering and managing project timelines. Surface blockers early, co-own adoption mechanics including demos and training, and present progress to leadership, external clients, and investors. You will move use cases from idea to deployment, pressure-test specs, and feed product gaps back to the build team to ensure smooth transitions from pilot to production.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in transformation, large-scale program management, or consulting
- Experience building and running systems: a cadence, a tracking process, an outcome-based dashboard
- Comfortable moving between creative domain experts, engineers, and senior leadership
- Hands-on with AI tools
- Strong analytical instincts
- Experience owning a transformation or program end-to-end
- Ability to name the tools used every day to stay organised and move fast
- Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities
- Knowledge of the difference between a good process and one that exists to protect the person who built it
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a creative agency, brand, tech company, or AI-native org
