Job Summary
Lead 2-3 large internal client projects simultaneously, engaging senior business leaders to deliver revenue targets and NOI improvements. Oversee process reviews, design workshops, and analysis phases while documenting current process maps to identify improvement areas. Deploy workforce data and analytical techniques to support strategy formulation and measure delivery impact. Define go-to-market strategies and build comprehensive project plans to quantify benefits aligned with strategic objectives. Deliver clear analytical insights to inform transformative change and report on financial outcomes. Manage and implement innovative projects promoting organizational transformations through talent strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, industrial ingeniring or equivalent professional experience
- Professional experience of more than 10 years in similar projects
