Job Summary
Transformation Business Partner serving as the strategic interface between business units and IT at the executive level. Drive IT-enabled transformation by understanding operational challenges and strategic priorities, translating them into enterprise-aligned solutions across IT, data analytics, innovation, and value enablement. Lead business-IT relationship management, communicate decisions and project information to staff, develop IT roadmaps with operations and senior management, and enable the business to achieve objectives through technology. Requires strong analytical skills, understanding of business economics and financial resources, and collaboration with PMO for project intake and prioritization. Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or related field (Master's preferred) and extensive IT/business leadership experience are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Fifteen years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 10 years of leadership experience and five years developing and executing strategic plans and/or project portfolios strongly preferred
