Job Summary
Gather and document requirements supporting the Hong Kong wealth business while analyzing customer journeys across mobile apps and digital channels. Manage senior stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation initiative and contribute to wealth domain and digital sales/engagement workstreams as needed. Support requirement validation and delivery tracking across the project lifecycle. This role supports the Hong Kong wealth business with a preference for candidates based in India delivery locations such as Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred, and a notice period of up to 30 days is a firm requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Transformation BA experience with strong customer-journey/mobile-app exposure
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Wealth domains and Digital sales/engagement
- Understanding of investment products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Funds, Alternatives, and Structured Products
- Financial Planning, Investments, Data & AI, Advisory, and Capital Markets knowledge/experience
