Job Summary
Lead cross-functional workshops to uncover business priorities, technical challenges, and current-state architecture for healthcare customers. Guide clients through Zero Trust digital transformation by translating requirements into high-level architectures, use cases, and solution designs. Assess existing environments to deliver actionable future-state recommendations, including High-Level Design documentation, while differentiating Zscaler through technical vision and architecture leadership. Facilitate strategic discussions with executive and technical stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps that support the West Healthcare Sales Team. Create structure from ambiguity to lead complex initiatives from concept to action, influencing and mentoring teammates across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Native level Japanese language ability
- 10+ years of experience in networking and cybersecurity
- Advanced degree or equivalent technical experience, supported by relevant industry certifications
- Deep knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and related laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong understanding of networking and security environments
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical depth and credibility through advanced industry certifications in networking, cybersecurity, or network architecture (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Experience in a customer-facing technical leadership or evangelist role
- Cloud expertise or experience in adjacent technical domains
