Job Summary
Lead cross-functional workshops to uncover business priorities, technical challenges, and current-state architecture for healthcare customers. Guide clients through Zero Trust digital transformation aligned to business goals by translating requirements into architectures, use cases, and solution designs. Assess existing environments to deliver actionable future-state recommendations, including High-Level Design documentation, while differentiating Zscaler through technical vision and architecture leadership. Facilitate interactive whiteboard sessions and strategic discussions with executive and technical stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps. Mentor teammates across the organization and influence high-level design strategies that support the West Healthcare Sales Team. Requires native Japanese language ability, 10+ years in networking and cybersecurity, and advanced Zero Trust knowledge. Hybrid role with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Native level Japanese language ability
- 10+ years of experience in networking and cybersecurity
- Advanced degree or equivalent technical experience, supported by relevant industry certifications
- Deep knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and related laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong understanding of networking and security environments
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical depth and credibility through advanced industry certifications in networking, cybersecurity, or network architecture (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Experience in a customer-facing technical leadership or evangelist role
- Cloud expertise or experience in adjacent technical domains
