Job Summary
Lead cross-functional workshops to uncover business priorities, technical challenges, and current-state architecture for healthcare customers. Guide clients through Zero Trust digital transformation aligned to business goals by translating requirements into architectures, use cases, and solution designs. Assess existing environments to deliver actionable future-state recommendations, including High-Level Design documentation, while shaping transformation roadmaps and design strategies. Facilitate interactive whiteboard sessions and strategic discussions with executive and technical stakeholders to differentiate Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange platform. Mentor teammates and drive high-quality execution with a focus on clarity, rigor, and meaningful business results.
Required Qualifications
- Native level Japanese language ability
- 10+ years of experience in networking and cybersecurity
- Advanced degree or equivalent technical experience, supported by relevant industry certifications
- Deep knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and related laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong understanding of networking and security environments
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical depth and credibility through advanced industry certifications in networking, cybersecurity, or network architecture (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, or equivalent)
- Experience in a customer-facing technical leadership or evangelist role
- Cloud expertise or experience in adjacent technical domains
