Job Summary
Oversee the loading, unloading and transport of inventory among Cozzini’s facilities on a regularly scheduled basis. Maintain and operate the vehicle in accordance with government laws and regulations; ensure safe, efficient transfer of inventory to and from distribution centers; communicate with receiving facilities for schedule deviations; complete necessary records and reports; oversee vehicle maintenance and cleanliness; adhere to Cozzini’s Fleet Safety Program and Employee Handbook; perform other duties as assigned. Requires a valid Class B license, 2+ years of 26 ft. box truck experience, DOT knowledge, and ability to pass pre-employment/MVR checks; flexibility to support varying start times and multi-route operations.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Class B driver’s license is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a 26 ft. box truck
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record
- DOT experience/ knowledge
- Pass a pre-employment test
- Meet pre-employment and periodic MVR requirements as outlined in Cozzini's Fleet Safety Program
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repetitively, reach, twist, turn, bend, climb, and pull
