Job Summary
Oversee the Transfer In function, managing initiation, allocation, cost basis, reconciliation, and NIGO resolution while collaborating with the Transfer Out Leader to maximize process synergies. Lead a team of analysts and specialists, accelerating employee development and driving operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Evaluate current processes, identify trends, and implement enhancements to ensure adherence to regulatory policies and meet firm requirements. Track key metrics including service levels, quality control accuracy, and cycle time to prepare executive-level reports and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of industry or Transfer experience
- Ability to engage others
- Ability to operate as a change agent
- Strong track record of high-quality execution and collaboration
- Experience working cross-functionally to execute to meet the needs of customers
- High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Expertise in Transfers, Operational Audits, and Investment Industry Reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize, manage, and identify risks
- Energetic with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Skilled in data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and communication
- 3-5 years of experience in Brokerage/Trust/Securities Operations/Asset Transfers
- Cross-functional process knowledge and analytical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, results-oriented, time management, and ownership of issues
