Transfer Station Laborer/Spotter

Job Summary
Direct incoming trucks and light traffic safely on the tipping floor while delivering friendly service to customers. Visually inspect waste loads to identify and safely separate unacceptable materials before final disposal. Keep the yard and transfer floor clean, safe, and organized throughout the day. Assist equipment operators with routine inspections, basic maintenance, and care of wheel loaders or small backhoes. Actively participate in GFL's safety culture by wearing required PPE and reporting hazards immediately. Maintain a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule with guaranteed year-round work and weekends off. A valid driver's license is required.
