Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Offer companionship and supervision support in the client's home or facility while monitoring health status and reporting changes immediately to the coordinator. Document activities and observations in Well-Sky and maintain active communication with the scheduling team. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between clients in the Mansfield area. Schedule availability includes morning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends. Candidates must submit identity documents, tax forms, and background check authorization through the application portal.
