Job Summary
As a Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant, you will engage in the analysis of local and cross-border intercompany transactions, develop transfer pricing policies, prepare documentation and assist clients during audits. You will work collaboratively with a team to solve complex transfer pricing issues, manage client relationships, and provide training to junior staff. The role requires strong technical knowledge, client service skills, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, economics or law
- At least 2 years of experience preferably with an international consulting firm
- Good level of technical knowledge on Transfer Pricing
- Very good knowledge of Romanian and English
- Proficiency in IT literacy
- Ability to think creatively
- Client service orientation
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Team spirit, positive attitude, desire to learn
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
