Establish and maintain the Company's transfer pricing policies and practices to deliver effective tax rate and cash tax benefits. Prepare and maintain documentation supporting the arm's length nature of transfer pricing for use in income tax audits and SEC auditor reviews. Collaborate with supply chain and tax planning groups to document and monitor product flows while identifying and implementing strategic transfer pricing opportunities.
