Job Summary
Transfer Pricing Manager role responsible for delivering technical transfer pricing advice to Large Corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions. Lead and manage projects, develop and maintain client relationships as the main point of contact, tailor deliverables to client size and budgets, coordinate with TP, international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams, manage project budgets and billing, coach junior staff, and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives. Requires strong advisory capabilities, risk awareness, and a commercial mindset, with experience in TP documentation, benchmarking, and APAs; professional qualifications such as CTA/CA/ACA/ACCA or a relevant degree in economics, finance, or accounting; London-based with a focus on TP Adv in a corporate tax context.
Required Qualifications
- CTA OR CA OR ACA OR ACCA OR Bachelors degree OR Masters degree in economics, finance, law, accounting or equivalent
- Extensive transfer pricing experience including TP documentation, benchmarking, APAs, tax value chain analyses
- Project management experience and ability to manage junior team members
- Strong analytical and commercial skills; ability to manage client relationships and deliver multiple projects
- Autonomous work style with initiative and ethical-risk awareness
- Excellent communication and people skills; ability to train and coach juniors
