Job Summary
Transfer Pricing Manager responsible for shaping and leading the UK transfer pricing practice. Key duties include collaborating on growth strategy, designing and implementing transfer pricing policies, leading TP documentation (Local Files/Master Files) in line with UK legislation and OECD guidelines, supporting cross-border financing analyses (including thin capitalisation and intercompany lending), overseeing benchmarking and economic analyses, and serving as the primary client contact with strong emphasis on clear technical reporting and professional communication. Role is hybrid with offices in London or Manchester. ACA qualification or equivalent professional certification required.

- Proven experience in transfer pricing policy design and documentation
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Ability to work with international clients and OECD guidelines
