Transfer Manager - US Supply Chain Transformation

Job Summary
Manage and lead multi-disciplinary technical cross-sector transfer teams to establish clear project governance and align with internal and external stakeholders on goals and plans. Collaborate with cross-sector teams to create and maintain the transfer portfolio while supporting resource planning for successful transfer execution. Develop comprehensive product phase-out and transfer strategies that include capacity alignment across the n-tier supply chain, logistics risk mitigation with buffer strategies, and definition of technical release procedures. Provide robust input for phase-out negotiations and conduct supply chain risk assessments to ensure material availability and verify quality standards pre- and post-shipment. Proactively resolve bottlenecks and manage escalations to avoid re-occurrence. Occasional travel is required for business cooperation with suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years' of relevant experience in supply chain processes
- Experience in a high-tech, low-volume industry
- Proven expertise in project management
- Familiarity with re-allocating products or production
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, technical environments to drive supply chain improvements
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Strategic, conceptual thinker with a strong grasp of long-term vision
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proven expertise in project management across complex initiatives
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with measurable outcomes
- Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution
- Proactive attitude and a strong drive for continuous improvement
- Skilled in coaching and guiding cross-functional stakeholders through processes
- Occasional travel for business
- Access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.)
- Legal authorization to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work
