Job Summary
Transfer Agent sought to join a remote team at Pitch Perfect Solutions. Handle outbound calls on our dialer (no cold leads), follow a simple script to verify customer info and pre-qualify interest, and transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. Earn commission for every billable transfer (customer on call 3+ mins). Full-time schedule Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST (no weekends). Requires experience in a call center or transfer agent role (preferred), tech-ready setup (PC/laptop with Windows 10+, wired internet, USB headset, 30 Mbps minimum, 8 GB RAM).
