Job Summary
Transfer Agent role handling outbound calls on our dialer, following a simple script to verify customer info and pre-qualify interest, then transferring qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. Earn commission for every billable transfer. Base pay is $15/hour with weekly bonuses; full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST (no weekends). Requires PC or laptop (i5+), Windows 10+, minimum 30 Mbps upload, 8GB RAM, wired internet (no Wi‐Fi), and a USB headset with mic. Training and scripts provided; call center experience preferred."
