Job Summary
Transfer Agent role handling outbound calls on our dialer, verifying customer information and pre-qualifying interest, then transferring qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. Base pay $15/hour with commissions and weekly bonuses; full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST; remote team operations; repeatable scripts and an automated dialing system. Technical requirements include a PC/laptop with Windows 10+, minimum 30 Mbps upload, 8 GB RAM, wired internet, and a USB headset. Prior call center or transfer agent experience is strongly preferred.
