Job Summary
Transfer Agent role handling outbound calls on our dialer using a simple script to verify customer information and pre-qualify interest, then transferring qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. Earn commissions for every billable transfer (customer on call 3+ mins) with base pay of $15/hour and weekly bonuses; full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST (no weekends). Requires tech-readiness (PC/laptop with Windows 10+, wired internet, USB headset) and a proven ability to work the full shift consistently. Experience in call centers or transfer roles is preferred; training scripts and automated dialing support the workflow.
