Job Summary
Handle outbound calls on our dialer to verify customer info and pre-qualify interest, then transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. Earn commission for every billable transfer. Full-time schedule Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST; base pay $15/hour with commissions and weekly bonuses. Tech-ready requirements include PC/laptop with Windows 10, wired internet (30 Mbps minimum), 8GB RAM, USB headset, and a stable shift. Strong candidates will be professional, reliable, and coachable with prior call center or transfer agent experience preferred.
