Job Summary
Pitch Perfect Solutions is hiring experienced Transfer Agents to join our remote team. Handle outbound calls on our dialer, verify customer info, pre-qualify interest, and transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. Earn commission for every billable transfer (customer on call 3+ mins). Must have tech readiness (Windows 10+, wired internet, USB headset). Full-time Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST.
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center or transfer agent experience strongly preferred
