Transfer Agent role handling outbound calls on a dialer using a scripted process to verify customer info, pre-qualify interest, and transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. Earn commission for every billable transfer (customer on call 3+ mins) with weekly bonuses and bi-weekly direct deposit. Requires tech readiness (PC/laptop with Windows 10+, 30 Mbps download minimum, 8 GB RAM, wired internet, USB headset) and full-time availability Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM EST. Prior call center or transfer agent experience strongly preferred; candidates should be professional, reliable, coachable, and able to work a consistent shift from a remote team based in Chandler, AZ.
