Job Summary
Transfer Agent role handling outbound calls on our dialer, following a script to verify customer information, pre-qualify interest, and transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents. Earn commissions on every billable transfer with weekly bonuses; full-time schedule Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST (no weekends). Must be tech-ready with Windows 10, wired internet, and USB headset; prior call center or transfer experience preferred. Location listed as Florida City, FL; remote work options based on description.
