Job Summary
Transfer Agent role within a remote, high-performing insurance-lead generation team. Responsibilities include handling outbound calls on our dialer (no cold leads), following a simple script to verify customer information and pre-qualify interest, transferring qualified customers to licensed insurance agents, and earning commissions for every billable transfer. Requires a PC/laptop with Windows 10+, 30 Mbps upload, 8 GB RAM, wired internet, and a USB headset; full-time schedule Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM EST; base pay $15/hour with commissions and weekly bonuses. Prior call center or transfer agent experience is strongly preferred; strong professionalism, reliability, coachability, and tech-readiness are expected.
