Job Summary
TA Governance Analyst responsible for overseeing operational and governance functions within Fund Transfer Agent activities, including research on financial crime and fraud, regulatory mailings, complaint responses, privacy incident investigations, and subpoena tracking. Collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and process improvements. Tasks include drafting complaint responses, maintaining logs, supporting TA-1/TA-2 filings, state Bank Match program administration, Pay-to-Play reporting, foreign account reporting, and end-to-end regulatory mailing fulfillment. Must have strong writing and organizational skills, perform tasks independently with accuracy, and be able to work in a hybrid in-office/remote setup in Boston, MA.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience or knowledge of mutual fund and US retirement account operations
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- In-Office collaboration with in-person requirements (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
- Visa Sponsorship Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN)
