Transfer Agency Operational Controls and Business Readiness Manager

Maintain and enhance the Transfer Agency operational control framework by performing oversight across dealing registration, transaction monitoring, settlements, reconciliations, and distributions. Monitor Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators, identify operational risks and control weaknesses, and ensure effective implementation of corrective actions while supporting self-assessments and operational resilience planning. Lead operational readiness assessments for new client implementations, fund launches, system upgrades, and regulatory changes by defining criteria, coordinating activities across Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams, and conducting go-live readiness reviews. Produce regular operational risk reporting, maintain risk registers, and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with FCA regulations. Identify efficiency opportunities, support automation initiatives, and drive process redesign projects to promote best practices across the organization.
