Job Summary
Transcribe, format, input, edit, retrieve, copy, and transmit text, data, and graphics to facilitate accurate and timely completion of patient medical record documentation. Track provider documentation deficiencies per established guidelines and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence for assigned physicians. Maintain files and office equipment while adhering to the Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, and Business Standards to protect patient confidentiality. Requires high school diploma or GED, demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to perform clerical duties; preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree, previous medical office or transcription experience, and coursework in anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. Onsite position at Cancer Care Northwest, a premier cancer center in the Inland Northwest with 50 years of experience in healing and hope.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or a General Education Degree

Desired Qualifications
