Job Summary
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow by tracking and tracing transcon files, reporting, and maintaining accurate data entry into operational systems. Manage client and vendor billing while coordinating shipment arrangements to meet service standards, ensuring delivery and timely clearance when applicable. Interact with customers and suppliers to maintain relationships, network communications, and compliance with all policies. Meet KPI standards based on updated internal DLSOPs and company procedures. Requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience, effective interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English and computer applications.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications
- Hazardous Materials certification (preferred)
