Transcend: Director, GTO IM E2E Logistics

Transcend: Director, Global Template Owner (GTO) IM End-to-End Logistics leads a team of functional experts to design, deploy, and govern end-to-end logistics processes within a unified SAP S/4HANA-based global template for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines. Responsibilities include mapping end-to-end logistics needs, ensuring solutions are well-integrated with other functions, driving program execution and design closure, aligning designs with strategic roadmaps, establishing data standards, and enabling change management and user readiness. The role requires collaboration with senior leaders and global process owners, with the ability to present program status to IM stakeholders. Qualifications include 10+ years in logistics, experience with complex ERP environments, and strong leadership and cross-functional skills. The position is hybrid with multiple potential locations, and may require domestic/international travel up to ~50%.
