Job Summary
Lead the Transcend business cutover and hypercare across the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Transcend program. Develop and execute detailed ramp down, cutover, and ramp up (hypercare) plans aligned to technical milestones; establish command center logistics, escalation and communication processes; coordinate staffing and logistics for Go-Live and hypercare; conduct business readiness assessments and tabletop exercises to ensure readiness; provide status reporting to project leadership; manage entry/exit Gate reviews and contingency/back-out planning; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cutover and go-live across multiple country postings (US, Colombia, Canada) in a Hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of leading Cutover & Hypercare on large complex business transformation programs
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, and change management effectively
