Transactions Supervisor (Rotating 1st and 3rd)

Job Summary
Lead a team of transaction specialists to ensure efficient processing of document transactions and extraction of checks and remittances; oversee remittance processing, set daily production goals, delegate work, and evaluate performance; resolve issues, ensure compliance, and mentor junior staff; participate in AI/automation projects to improve operations and customer experience; must demonstrate strong leadership, planning, motivation, problem solving, relationship building, and emotional intelligence; role may involve non-traditional hours and shift differential; government security clearance may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of remittance processing or equivalent operations experience with indirectly or directly leading front-line teams
- Ability to build, manage, and motivate empowered teams to deliver operational objectives and goals (production, quality, customer experience)
- Ability to plan, organize, and assign work on teams with ability to prioritize
- Intermediate understanding of artificial intelligence, prompt writing, and automation technologies and their potential to optimize operational and transaction processes
- Strong leadership capabilities including planning, organization, motivation, problem solving, relationship building, conflict resolution, team building, and emotional intelligence
