Job Summary
Transactions Specialist IV in Trade and Loan Operations focused on delivering accurate processing of trade and loan transactions in line with established procedures. You will own daily workload, partner with cross-functional operations and technology teams to optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will maintain strong risk and control standards, perform reconciliation and documentation duties, communicate status updates to clients and internal partners, and coach frontline associates to strengthen team capability. The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, adherence to policies, and leveraging tools to enhance client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in trade finance and/or loan operations processing with adherence to documented procedures
- Ability to analyze and interpret client operating procedures and instructions, and translate them into accurate processing steps
- Proven track record meeting deadlines and volume targets in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail with solid quality control practices and documentation discipline
- Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate team workflows in an operations setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client‐focused mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and make decisions within established policies; escalate risks appropriately
