Job Summary
Transactions Specialist II at JPMorganChase will process and service customer transactions with accuracy and timeliness while handling customer inquiries related to balances and activities. The role involves extracting checks/remittances from envelopes, data entry, and maintaining compliance with market regulations, employing AI/automation to optimize processes, and escalating non-routine issues to senior team members. The position requires a High School diploma or GED and may involve a government security clearance; the schedule is Friday through Monday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, with a 10% differential, based in Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications

- Security Clearance Requirement: Government Security Clearance including Public Trust clearance
