Job Summary
Operate equipment to process statements in the Coppell Print Department for JPMorgan Chase; perform quality checks on statements, identify and resolve production issues (including equipment malfunctions or data discrepancies), and ensure timely delivery to meet service level agreements. Promote strong internal controls by proactively identifying issues, review production data to spot trends and risks, and ensure adherence to regulations and SOPs regarding statements and card production. Cross-train across departments as needed, and contribute to a clean, organized work area. Lifting heavy materials (50-70 lbs) and managing large supplies (up to 200 lbs) is required. Work schedule is Tue-Sat, 12:30pm–9:00pm in Coppell, TX.
