Job Summary
Senior Manager in Financial Due Diligence leads engagements for corporate and private equity clients, oversees the financial due diligence workstream, drives project management, and delivers clear, commercially focused insights that support value-creation hypotheses. You will liaise with other diligence workstreams and advisors, manage the preparation of high-quality diligence reports, analyze historical and forecast performance, cash flows, working capital, and key business drivers, and develop trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders while contributing to the growth of the practice by developing people and expanding networks. ACA qualification (or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience is required; strong DD experience in a deals/advisory environment and ability to translate financial insights into deal strategy are essential. Required Qualifications
- ACA Qualification (or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience
- Strong financial due diligence experience in deals/advisory environments
- Excellent analytical capability with ability to interpret financial information in a commercial, value-creation context
- Ability to identify key drivers, risks, deal breakers and commercial implications
- Sound commercial judgement with the ability to link financial insights to broader deal strategy
- Comfortable communicating findings to senior stakeholders and interacting with senior management, business owners, and private equity investors
