Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive real estate strategy and manage the entire transaction process for new lease acquisitions, relocations, renewals, rent reviews, subleases, owned property dispositions, and early terminations. Deliver portfolio management and strategy services to regional and global clients across Latin America while overseeing site selection, evaluation, and commission revenue forecasting. Ensure seamless communication between clients, legal counsel, analysts, and local brokers to maintain timely and accurate deliverables including cash flows and presentations. Manage project tracking milestones and forecast commission rebates. Work closely with JLL brokers to leverage insights into client business needs and culture.
Required Qualifications
- A degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience
- Experience working in commercial property
- Experience working with offices and retail
- International exposure
- Corporate clients
- Excellent computer literacy
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Word
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport
