Job Summary
Prepare management reports and financial models for acquisitions, dispositions, and debt/equity investments. Conduct physical due diligence on prospective opportunities by coordinating with environmental consultants, surveyors, and title companies. Assist in abstracting financial statements, regulatory agreements, and other due diligence documents. Research and interpret market information to impact transaction values, then compile investment books for management review. Maintain property financial statements, rent rolls, and weekly/monthly/quarterly department reports including pipeline tracking. Support joint venture and HOA relationships, monitor condo status and CCRs, and coordinate post-closing reconciliations across internal and external platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business major in a related field
- Demonstrated analytical experience obtained through college internships, required course of study, school projects or equivalent
- Ability to apply principles of basic algebra, geometry, statistics, and financial returns modeling
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Middle Management, groups of managers, clients, and associates
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
