Job Summary
Conduct environmental diligence and mitigate risks for commercial real estate acquisitions, development, leasing, financing, and sales. Evaluate environmental risk, oversee regulatory compliance programs, structure brownfield redevelopment efforts, and negotiate environmental aspects of sophisticated deals across multiple jurisdictions. Support the transactions team in managing environmental aspects for leading national real estate investment funds within a fast-paced, high-volume deal flow environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of law firm experience
- dedicated interest in the environmental aspects of commercial real estate investment and development
- membership in the PA Bar in good standing
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- excellent academic record
- exceptional written and oral communication skills
- attention to detail
- problem solving skills
- ability to be highly responsive in a fast paced, high-volume, deal flow environment
