Transactional Accountant

Process bills into accounting software, respond to vendor inquiries, and ensure timely payments for the parent company and subsidiaries. Create customer invoices, track billable tasks, and record payments while managing departmental email and corresponding with customers as needed. Maintain accurate records of reimbursable expenses and support the accounting team with other financial tasks.
