Job Summary
Lead within the Shipping and Receiving Department as Transactions Specialist IV, coordinating workflow, assigning tasks to meet SLAs, training team members, and ensuring safe, organized warehouse operations. Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks and forklifts, preparing pallets, maintaining inventory with audits, managing vendor communications, escalating issues, generating shipping labels, and maintaining safety and SOP compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Alpha/numeric data entry and typing skills with excellent accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Comfortable standing, bending, and carrying heavy materials for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to cross-train within the team and across departments
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
